All flats are delivered tidy and in working order.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate use.

Please note:
– On the day of check-out the kitchen area must be returned clean and tidy. Otherwise an extra charge of €30,00 will be made.
– Beach towels are not included, it is forbidden to take towels outside.
– Smoking prohibited in all flats and common areas
– Unauthorised parties are not allowed
– In order to respect the peace and relaxation of all guests, we ask you to avoid disturbing noises, during the day and at night
– Access is reserved for customers, any guests must be reported to the management
– Please do not leave valuables unattended, we are not responsible for damage or theft
– In the municipality of Sestri Levante there is a rule of separate collection of rubbish, we ask you to respect it in order to avoid penalties.

Our check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m., arrival time to be agreed by appointment 24 hours in advance.
In case of delay, please advise us by phone or send us a WhatsApp message.
Check-out from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
– We are available for early departures by appointment.
– Late check-out (depending on the availability of the flat) for a fee
Upon departure, please log out of your smart TV account. We are not responsible for the misuse of illegal sites.
Tourist tax to be paid at check-out,
from 1 March to 31 October € 1,00 per day per person
(from 12 years old) for a maximum of 7 days.
